SALES have started for The Travel Corporation’s first youth cruise brand, U by Uniworld. The company is to target a new demographic group with its latest product, described as “youthful adventures on the rivers” for travellers between the ages of 21 and 45.

U by Uniworld is a spinoff of the Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Contiki brands. First departures are planned for March next year.

Eight itineraries will be operated by Uniworld’s Ambassador and Baroness, which are currently being totally refurbished. Bookings have opened on contiki.com with fares from R25,500. All trips include 14 meals, a welcome reception, U host, several included excursions and U Time optional adventures. Onboard amenities include a gym.
